1 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (can use a mix variety)
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
1 tbsp Oregano, ground,
1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh Parsley
A variety of toppings such as:
sauteed caramelized onion
sauteed mushrrooms
marinated artichokes
marinated grilled red peppers
low fat mozzarella cheese
Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese more commonly known as parmesan
basil chopped (fresh)
