Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup very cold vegetable shortening cut in small cubes
1/2 cup very cold butter
2 ½ cups flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp salt
1/4 to1/3  cup ice water
1 tsp vanilla extract


Blueberry Filling

1/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
6 cups fresh blueberries
1 tsp finely chopped lemon zest
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp butter
1/2 lemon
